Photographs from The Reef - November, 2008

From left to right, my current darts, 23 gram, moveable point "Black Widows", 21 gram John Lowe Signature Darts, 18 gram Andy Fordham Darts, spare 23 gram fixed-point 'Widows" and 24 gram Trina Gulliver Signature Darts. Whatever darts that I throw, I always seem to return to my favorites, the 23 gram Black Widows (manufactured by Horizon Darts in Kansas City, Kansas US). Still, it feels good to hold a new set of darts in my hands, roll them over once or twice in my left-hand, really feel the knurl (or in my case, preferably the absence of knurling), imagine the Ton80 that I will throw and then finally stepping up the line, and gracefully extending my right arm to release each of these darts toward my target, one by one. Am I crazy? Nope, just passionate about darts!

My (faux) leopard skin dart case (because a darting kinda gal has to have style, right?), my notebook, pen, lipstick, darts, dart jacket and a spot of beer. Nirvana at The Reef...

The back of my jacket is spectacular, with a detailed dartboard patch from Alan at the Jacket Shop. My teammates have forewarned me that one of these days my personalized dart jacket is just going to get up and walk away on its own, LOL...

The Saturday "Redux Team" out of The Sponge Reef! From left to right, Sherilyn Herkey
(AKA The Passionate Darter), Eric Madland, John Callanan, Andy Herkey and Todd Stover.

Ton80 with the Andy Fordham Darts - Pretty as a picture!

As always, shoot well and I'll see you at the line.
